Payment methods, the order and activation process, how unreconciled transactions are handled, payment security and refunds on taothieponline.app.

1. Payment methods

Bank transfer or QR code scan through the SePay payment gateway — done online directly on taothieponline.app.
Receiving account: (đang cập nhật) - (đang cập nhật). This is the business household's own account, matching what's shown on the QR code.
Currency: Vietnamese Dong (VND). Prices already include applicable taxes.
Prices are published publicly on the Pricing page and shown clearly before you confirm payment. Tạo Thiệp Online charges nothing beyond the listed price.

Step 1 — Choose a template and fill in your invitation's content on the website (free, with a limited number of views).
Step 2 — Choose to upgrade to create an order. The system shows the amount due and a payment QR code.
Step 3 — Pay online directly on the website through the SePay gateway (scan the QR code or transfer using the provided reference).
Step 4 — The system reconciles the transaction automatically and activates the invitation right after payment is received, usually within a few seconds to 1–2 minutes.
The entire ordering and payment process happens online on the website; the electronic contract is formed on the platform itself, with no intermediary.
Every transaction is recorded in your account for lookup and reconciliation.

If you transfer the wrong amount or with an incorrect reference (the order code), the system may not be able to match it automatically. The invitation is activated once Tạo Thiệp Online confirms the transaction manually.
Processing time: up to a few business hours after we receive the information.
Signed-in customers can look up a transaction and submit proof of payment on the payment support page (sign-in required, since it shows that account's own transaction data).

Tạo Thiệp Online does NOT collect, store or process your bank card details. Transactions are handled by the SePay payment gateway and the banking system.
Tạo Thiệp Online only receives reconciliation data from the payment gateway (amount, time, transfer reference) to identify the matching order.
Handling of personal data related to a transaction follows our Privacy Policy.
You should only pay into the account under (đang cập nhật) named in Section 1. Tạo Thiệp Online never asks you to transfer to any personal account.

What qualifies for a refund, what doesn't, the request process and processing time are published in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are issued back through your original payment method, within 7 (seven) business days of the decision.
Payment-related complaints are received and handled under our dispute and complaint resolution mechanism.
